CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% LATE CANCELLATION FEE OF THE APPOINTMENT TOTAL IS CHARGED TO APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED WITHOUT A MINIMUM OF 48-HOUR NOTICE. A 100% FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO ANY NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS. SELECT SERVICES REQUIRE A DEPOSIT. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. No shows On included touch up appointments will be charged $50. LATE CANCELLATIONS ( LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE ) WILL REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT TO REBOOK. Deposits may be transferred due to rescheduling one time only as long as it is before 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If You are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be considered a no show and the no show fee may be applied at our discretion.
